Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time via our unsubscribe page.Transactional and project communications (quotes, schedules, warranties) are not marketing and may continue as needed to serve you.

7. Data Retention

Quote inquiries are retained for up to 24 months if no project proceeds. Project and warranty records are retained for the duration of applicable warranty periods plus legally required tax and record-keeping periods. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to prompt notification of any breach where required by law.
